The 30th Annual Customers Bank Bucks County Roadrunners (BCRR) Thanksgiving Day Five-Miler & One-Mile Fun Run in Langhorne, PA, will be held on Thursday, November 28, 2019. The Parkinson Alliance is proud to be a Charity Partner of this race, along with Courier Times Give A Christmas, and Advocates for the Homeless & Those in Need.

The annual foot race and one-mile fun run are conducted by BCRR, who is the largest running club in Bucks County, PA, as well as one of the longstanding teams for The Parkinson Alliance’s annual 5K. A percentage of BCRR’s race proceeds each year goes to the annual Team Parkinson 5K and Fun Run at Carnegie Center in support of Parkinson’s disease research! Since 2012, Team BCRR has raised a combined total of over $59,000 in support of research into Parkinson’s disease, over $38,000 of which is from BCRR’s Thanksgiving Race.

The Five-Mile course runs from Summit Square Shopping Center through streets of Middletown Township to Core Creek Park and back. The One-Mile Fun Run is out-and-back.
