(May 15, 2017) – At Build 2017, Microsoft unveiled a wearable device called ‘Emma.’ It is a wrist wearable that can help people living with Parkinson’s disease write and draw by reducing their tremors. The Emma Watch uses vibrating motors — similar to those found in mobile phones — to distract the brain into focusing on something other than trying to control the patient’s limbs. Read more
