A Clinical Trial of Nilotnib in People Living with Parkinson’s Disease

(June 15, 2018) – The Nilotinib in Parkinson’s Disease Study is recruiting candidates for their clinical trial. Nilotinib is currently approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to treat a cancer of the white blood cells. This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of nilotinib in Parkinson’s disease. It will also explore nilotinib’ s potential to treat symptoms, or to slow or stop disease progression in future studies. Read more…
